A Southern Favorite, All Rolled Up
Ingredients:
1 Pound Bass Farm Sausage (mild or hot)
1 (11 oz) Container of Palmetto Pimento Cheese (any flavor)
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Can Pillsbury Pizza Crust
Directions:
STEP ONE
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until crumbled and crisp. Drain well.
STEP TWO
In a bowl, mix together sausage, pimento cheese, and cheddar cheese until blended.
STEP THREE
Unroll pizza crust into a rectangle and spread the mixture evenly onto the dough, leaving about a ½ inch border. Roll up the dough long ways and pinch the seam together to seal. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
STEP FOUR
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until the dough is golden and cooked through.
