The Simple Dip
That Steals the Show
Ingredients:
1 Pound Bass Farm Sausage (hot or mild)
2 (8oz) Packages of Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
1 (28oz) Can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
Directions:
STEP ONE
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until crumbled and crisp. Drain.
STEP TWO
Add cream cheese and Rotel to the skillet.
STEP THREE
Heat and stir until cream cheese has melted and the mixture is combined well.
STEP FOUR
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
