Sausage Noodle Bake
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups noodles
- 1 pound Bass Farm ground sausage
- 1/4 cup finely cut onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 pound grated cheese
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup corn Chex cereal
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Have ready 3 cups cooked drained noodles (cook 2 3/4 cups). Turn on oven at 350 degrees.
- Brown 1 pound Bass Farm sausage and 1/4 cup finely cut onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Drain off drippings.
- Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1/4 pound grated cheese (about 1 cup), 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
- Stir in meat mixture and noodles. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Top with a mixture of 1 cup corn Chex cereal, 2 teaspoons melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot.
