Bridge Night Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound of Bass Farm Sausage links
- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/5 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Bake sausage in shallow pan for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn sausage once.
- Place layers of noodles in casserole.
- Dribble 4 tablespoons sausage drippings over top.
- Add applesauce, lemon juice and spices, then another layer of noodles.
- Place sausage on top and sprinkle grated cheese over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
