Holiday Recipe: Glazed Sausage Bites
- 1 pound Bass Farm Sausage
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- Combine all ingredients. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Shape into 48 1-inch balls.
- Brown shortly on all sides, about 10 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
- Combine: 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup catsup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Add to sausage balls and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
